Taheel app for iPhone and iPad

Taheel is an interactive smart channel provided by Dubai Municipality as a supportive step towards its efforts for environmental conservation and community service incorporation with Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment. This application enables community members and businesses to register donation requests and be aware of the available collection points and delivery options available. On the other hand, it enables the authorized parties; who meets the requesting conditions; to request these refurbished devices.

Service included are:

1. Donating Devices: to register donation requests and identify the collection points and delivery options for device which can be donated such as (personal computers, printers, any other digital device)
2. Requesting Refurbished Devices: to request refurbished devices for establishments inside and outside UAE.
3. Request for Technical Training: to request a technical training sessions for specified authorities in the community
4. Request for Establishing a Training Lab: to request needed requirements for establishing a training lab


تأهيل، تطبيق ذكي تقدمه بلدية دبي كخطوة داعمة لجهودها نحو المحافظة على البيئة وخدمة المجتمع في آن واحد بالمشاركة مع مؤسسة محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم للأعمال الخيرية والإنسانية، هذا التطبيق يعرف أفراد المجتمع والشركات بطريقة التبرع بالأجهزة الرقمية من قبلهم ومواقع تسليم هذه الأجهزة، كما يتيح في الوقت نفسه للجهات الراغبة بالحصول على هذه الأجهزة المعاد تأهيلها والاستفادة منها ضمن شروط الخيرية للمؤسسة.

الخدمات المتوفرة في التطبيق هي:

1. التبرع بالأجهزة: لتسجيل طلبات التبرع والتعرف على طرق ونقاط تسليم الأجهزة (مثل أجهزة الحاسوب بأنواعها، والطابعات، وغيرها من الأجهزة الرقمية).
2. طلب أجهزة معاد تأهيلها: لطلب الأجهزة المعاد تأهيلها ويتم توفير الخدمات للجهات داخل الدولة وخارجها.
3. طلب للتدريب التقني: لطلب دورة تدريب تقنية أو ورشة تدريب تقنية لفئات محددة في المجتمع.
4. طلب إنشاء مختبر للتدريب: لطلب الأجهزة والمعدات المطلوبة لإنشاء مختبر للتدريب التقني.
